The following guidelines will be used for purchasing items from the Local’s Shirt Shop:

1)     1. Send an e-mail to shirtshop@iaff2803.org to see if the shirt you want is in stock.  Someone will reply back to you and let you know if they have the size and style you are looking for.  They will also ask you to send payment to Station 17.  Once they receive your payment, they will send your purchase out for delivery.  This is the preferred method…it allows for a record of your order and limits disturbances to on-duty members.

2)      2. Go by Station 17 and see one of the following members: (A-Shift) Duane Garrison, (B-Shift) Scott Spencer, (C-Shift) Rodney Duke.  They will go with you to the Shirt Shop and help you find what you are looking for.  Locker access will not be permitted without the assistance of these members.

3)      3. Call one of the following members and ask if they have what you are looking for (A-Shift) Duane Garrison, (B-Shift) Scott Spencer or, (C-Shift) Rodney Duke.  This is the least preferred method.  If you were running the shirt shop, you would not want to have to take several phone calls a day to see what is in the shop.  Again, if you do have to call please do so after 1700.

The Shirt Shop will no longer be accessible without the assistance of these members or S/T Mark Bennett.  This process is being initiated to improve housekeeping and reduce member driving costs.
